ITINERARY FRIDAY
- 3:00pm - Check-in at The Office at Mulberry Gap
- 4:00pm - Shake Out Group Ride (meet at the top of the driveway, outside of main office)
- Mountain Bike (Pinhoti 2 Loop ~9 miles)
- Gravel (Spaghetti Loop ~9 miles)
- 6:00pm - Dinner (included in weekend pass only, optional add-on for anyone else)
7:30pm - Campfire, S’mores, Hot Tubs, Terrapin Happy Hour
SATURDAY - Let's ride!
- 8:30am - Breakfast (included in weekend and day pass rates below) *sponsored by Cartecay Bike Shop
- 9:45am - MTB Pre-Ride Meeting (Meet at the top of the driveway, outside of main office)
- 10:00am - Group Roll Out
- 10:15am - Shuttle Load up for 10:30am departure
- 10:30am - Bear Creek Shuttle Departs (Limit 18 people)
- Gravel Ride
- 10:45am - Gravel Pre-Ride Meeting (Meet at the top of the driveway, outside of main office)
- 11:00am - Gravel Ride Roll Out (short and long options?)
Shuttles also offered at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm (FINAL SHUTTLE)
- 1:00pm - 2:30pm - Burrito Lunch Available (included in weekend and day pass)
- 3:00pm - Live Music from 3pm - 6pm?
- 4:00pm - Raffle?
- 6:00pm - Dinner (included in weekend and day pass)
- 7:30pm - Campfire, S’mores, Hot Tubs, Terrapin Happy Hour
SUNDAY
- 8:30am - Breakfast (included in weekend and day pass prices below)
- 9:30am - To-Go Lunches are Available for Pick Up (Italian Subs?) OR we can do a sit down meal again.
- 9:45am - MTB Pre-Ride Meeting (Meet at the top of the driveway, outside of main office)
- 10:00am - Group Roll Out
- 10:15am - Shuttle Load up for 10:30am departure
- 10:30am - Pinhoti 3 Shuttle Departs (Limit 18 people)
- Gravel Ride
- 10:45am - Gravel Pre-Ride Meeting (Meet at the top of the driveway, outside of main office)
- 11:00am - Gravel Ride Roll Out (short and long options?)

Departure
Cabin & Campsite guests must be out of their spaces by 11am. You’re welcome to ride and hang out for the day.
Day Guests: Offsite by 5pm
Folks staying onsite would need to be fully checked out of their cabin by 11am. They’re welcome to return after their ride and shower but we’d need to get started on flipping cabins before the afternoon
