RIDE with the any of the GROUP RIDES on gravel or singletrack routes Saturday and/or Sunday (or do your own thing)
PLAY It’s just like summer camp, but with beer! you can enjoy a ton of camp-based activities like Campfires & S’mores, Hot Tub Hang Outs, Terrapin Happy Hour, Live Music in the Barn Saturday afternoon, Board Games, Karaoke, and more.
EAT all that excellent Mulberry Gap fare and wash it down with your favorite beers by Terrapin and other breweries!

FRIDAY
3:00pm onward - Check-in at The Office at Mulberry Gap (get your Swag Bag!)
6:00pm-9:00pm - Kick-Off Event at Cartecay Bike Shop Brewery Live music! Drinks! Pump Track! Chapter Members buy guests their first beer of the night!
7:30pm Open NGMBA Meeting (also at Cartecay)
SATURDAY
8:30am - Breakfast (in The Barn at Mulberry Gap)
9:00am - Check-in at the Office if you’re a Day Guest
9:30am onward- Pick up your Bag Lunch before you ride, or leave it for later (Included in Weekend and Day Pass.)

Reserve Hilltop, complete with private bathroom, kitchenette, laundry, etc. Come spend your weekend in style! 1 Queen Bed and 3 Twin Beds. **NOTE: To avoid double booking - If you reserve Hilltop, you must have 3-4 other guests ready to book at this price at the same time. The first reservation will hold the cabin, and we’ll work with you to set up reservations within 24 hours to book the rest of your group.** $10pp cleaning fee will apply to all cabin guests
PRIVATE PREMIUM SQUIRREL’S NEST CABIN (Fri-Sun) - ~$175 per adult Does your group/family have a MINIMUM of 4, MAXIMUM of 6? Reserve Squirrel’s Nest, one of our newest cabins with two levels, balcony, spiral staircase, and private campfire patio. 2 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds. **NOTE: To avoid double booking - If you reserve Squirrel, you must have 3-5 other guests ready to book at this price at the same time. The first reservation will hold the cabin, and we’ll work with you to set up reservations within 24 hours to book the rest of your group.** $10pp cleaning fee will apply to all cabin guests
PRIVATE CABIN (Fri-Sun) - ~$160 per adult Housing in one of our cozy cabins with only folks you know and have selected to stay with, no “strangers.” :) $10pp cleaning fee will apply to all cabin guests
SHARED BUNKHOUSE (Fri-Sun) - ~$155 per adult Housing in one of our standard shared cabins (men, women, or any gender) You’ll be sharing with folks you may or may not know. $10pp cleaning fee will apply to all cabin guests
PRIVATE CAR/VAN CAMPING (with Electricity) (Fri-Sun) - ~$54 per adult Vehicle-based camping in one of our car/van slips with a parking space and shared fire circle / picnic table. Ideal for folks with a van, RTT, or other in-car camping.
SHARED LARGE CAMPSITE (Fri-Sun) - ~$58 per adult Car or Tent Camping in one of our shared sites (Group 1 or 2, Barn 1 or 2)
PRIVATE SMALL CAMPSITE (Fri-Sun) - ~$48 per adult Tent or hammock camping in one of our small tent sites (Brook Camps 1, 2, 3, or 4) ideal for 1 - 4 on a 10x10 tent pad.
CAR/VAN PARKING LOT CAMPING (Fri-Sun) - ~$39 per adult Inside-vehicle camping for folks who don’t need to spread out, set up an awning, etc. This is intended for people who will be fully contained in their van/car/RTT/etc.
